“Wi-Fi and internet was down but eventually restored , the staff were excellent, friendly ,helpful and I fell in love with three of the reception ladies.”
“Very friendly staff, great location, airport shuttle right on time. Continental breakfast was appreciated. Arrived late and had been told the hotel shuttle would be coming for me; when it didn't come I called the property and they said the driver had already left and I'd have to take a cab. Hotels shouldn't tell customers about shuttle availability before checking to see that there's actually a driver.”
“Room design had desks with marble table tops and elegant chairs. Bed frame was beautiful. And the room was spacious. Breakfast had some interesting home made items that were great.”
“Breakfast was terrible. Room was smoky so we moved. Second room was filthy, so we moved. Third room we had to get pliers to be able to operate the shower, but the room was clean. Staff vry nice.”
