“I am a 3-times repeat customer of this hotel. Hotel is fairly good value for money if you are not choosy. Bed was comfy, and room quite spacious. It is within walking distant from the sub-way (metro) station. Hotel is located at a fairly quiet neighborhood. Hotel is a bit old, but is being renovated, as I was told.”
“Great hotel which ain't too far away from Wenshu Monastery and its Metro station. Its card machine was broken so the concierge was happy to take me to the nearest ATM which I found helpful. Room was well decorated and clean, and the shower was a delight. I was able to check in early, and then also leave my luggage at the hotel for a few hours while I toured the city one last time before catching my flight out of Chengdu. Thank you Forstar and your staff! ”

“The bed is very comfortable, and the room very well decorated (ignoring old linen/towels). Photos online are quite reflective of what you're getting. The bathrooms are clean and rooms turned over well every day. In terms of price, this place is great for the quality and decor of the room. Located close but off from a main road, and easy to get to a pharmacy, bakery, and can catch a taxi to main tourist sites.”

“Had a pleasant stay at this hotel.. Rooms are good and comfy.. The tv got no English channel (though we barely watched it since we're too tired strolling around Chengdu).. The best part is the staff.. The reception and Mr. Zhang are willing to go the extra miles to help us out to sort our problem.. No problem with language, since they had this translation app which is wuite handy.. Will surely stay here again when we're back to Chengdu..”
