“I liked almost everything. I just wish there would be an alternate at the restaurant if you do not prefer the 6 course and 4 course meals. The food was awesome but too overwhelming, so a one course meal would have been convinient.”

“The Food at Roots was fine, however with no selection on the menu some courses were not to my liking. My wife and I did the food and wine pairing which was a nice experience. Just wish we would have at least a selection of 2 or 3 items per course. 2 of the 6 courses had fish which my wife doesn't eat.”
“They have a massive fly problem, so while the dining experience is great and the food fabulous, you spend a lot of time swatting flies away. The rooms were also full of flies and we had to use the DOOM a couple of times to free ourselves from the irritating buggers.”
