“The bed was so so comfy! I suffer from insomnia and struggle to sleep each night. The bed in our room was so comfortable I actually managed to fall asleep quite quickly which for someone who never sleeps, was amazing! I've already enquiries about purchasing the mattress which can be done through Sheraton! The location was also great, right by the botanic gardens and close to main shopping areas also only a short walk over the bridge to the south bank for great restaurants! ”
“I loved the little surprises that make Sheraton the high-class property that it is. The bottles of water, breakfast included, the free glass of wine with nibbles each day. All in all an excellent stay. Even movie deals if you wanted them.”
“The location was central to everything. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best bit was having the rooftop bar which had amazing views. I also liked the block out blind which made iy easy to fall asleep.”
“Bathroom plug came off and it was mouldy and dirty went and saw manger I took a photo and showed her. Her words I will send someone to clean it so her service was terrible not oh so sorry just I will get someone to clean it”
