“very open during check-in. They are willing to help.”
“I liked that it was close enough to the strip but not on the strip. Staff was friendly. Room could've been cleaner. I also liked not having to pay a resort fee!”
“Walking to the strip takes about 30 minutes. The hotel is at a quite location. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is basic. Parking is free of charge.”
“The booking was for 2 queen beds as we are traveling with my mother. Booking.com reserved a room with a king bed which would not accommodate all 3 of us. The property, while fully booked, found accommodations for us which we were very thankful for.”
“the beds where hard , but the pillows where amazing”
“Location was good. It was easy to get around by car.”
“The location is great, is a couple of miles from the Strip. You have a parking just below the hotel. The staff is wonderful. I want to personally thank Nagai which sorted out a problem with the rooms (caused by Booking/ second time in 1 week!!) and Jules the manager which find for us a solution. The room are clean and well equipped. The value for money is correct. I definitely suggest this hotel”
“They accepted packages for me that I had shipped to the hotel and when I arrived, the packages were waiting for me which was great. The hotel is only a 5 minute / $5 UBER ride from the Las Vegas Convention Center. It's also walking distance to several great restaurants such as Morton's Steakhouse, Del Frisco's and Firefly.”
“The upgrades to the property were nice. The choices were made smart as to functionality, longevity, and design. What I mean by this is, the nicer elevator floors were upgraded to easy to clean but currently stylish "grey stained wood" design. The materials aren't gonna get them close to a 5 diamond resort, but it will make them the upper echelon of 3 star hotels. Being a NV resident (Reno) I greatly appreciated the fact the lobby wasn't "gamblized" to have slot machines wedged in. Despite being in Vegas, I felt the place was more focused on me the guest, and not them and their profitable bottom line. If they had a NV resident special, or waiver of resort fee for NV residents, I'd permanently make this my place to stay for any southern NV trip. Very quiet on 2nd floor, hallway carpet was clean, and you didn't have the masked smoking smell you have in converted to non-smoking hotels.”
“Very nice hotel for the money, nice pool, very clean, big room & great bed. Close to strip but definitely not within walking distance. Everything looked new & shiny, staff very nice. Only four floors so kind of a cozy feel.”
