“The territory of the hotel is very nice - green and well taken care of. Pools are amazing. I also liked Sheraton spa and the fitness center that "Four Points" guests have access to. Beach is super close to hotel; sunbeds and umbrellas are abundant. Staff - guest services (Blair&Vivian), housekeeping, dining - mostly friendly. Rooms are pretty&clean. "Choco Holidays" provides animation program that is fun. Loved the tennis court”

“办理入住过程体验非常差。我们27号到达办理入住的时候，本来定了两间房从27日住到4号退房，但是酒店前台说27日只看到预定了一间，3.1-3.3没有看到任何预定，以及3-4日只看到一间预订。尽管我的订单是分开的，但我所有预定都收到了booking的邮件说酒店已确认。当晚办理入住的前台态度生硬，说要你们自己联系酒店预订部但是他们应该已经下班了，或者自己联系booking，前台这里只是前台其他什么都不知道。作为喜来登旗下的四星级酒店，你们帮助客户解决问题的消极态度让我非常遗憾，作为已经收到所有预定确认的客户，这本来就是酒店和booking之间的问题，为什么还要让客户自己去解决？经与酒店反复沟通后酒店先给27日办理了两间入住。经过折腾以后入住的心情受到很大影响，之后几天电话要求booking跟酒店沟通，逐渐找到了我所有的订单，之后的前台也有帮助。我不知道发生这种事，booking和酒店到底是谁的责任，以前也从来没有过这种情况，总之这次办理入住的体验非常差。”
