“the staff was horibile racist rude I felt I was stereo typed because I'm a black man that happened to be checking in with my lovely wife who happened to be white they said my credit card was declined only after having me wait for 20 mins while they stepped into the back office to check my card ! so upon leaving the hotel from being rejected I tried the same card at another 5star hotel and had no problem at all and my bill was more expensive at the new hotel”

“Breakfast that was included was actually an $87 allowance that if not used was credited back to the room. They do add $5 service fee, and sales tax and tip so be aware of this as you order your breakfast. And tip - you don't need to be a child to order the "Lil Traveler" breakfast which was actually plenty for some in our group.”
