“The staff gave me good advice about where to go shopping in Taipei. For example I wanted to find a shop that sold flowers. Also they gave good advice about using the Metro rail.”
“room was big enough for the three of us, hotel was around 5-minute walk to MRT stations, about 15 minutes to the ningxia night market, close to high-end shops like gucci, prada, YSL, and there are lots of convenience stores nearby.”
“I like that theres free laundry services so we can wash our clothes if we need to. You have to do it yourself though. Theres washing machine and dryer. Also that we can arrange for transport out anywhere within taipei city and its totally free of charge provided by the hotel (once a day per pax though)”

“頂層供應的早餐很美味，用餐環境周圍有陽光屋，菜色大都是傳統式的清粥小菜和滷汁配飯，也有一些西式小點，每天會有些變化。 The small restaurant where we ate our breakfast was lovely, breakfast was okay. 入住時恰巧遇到颱風，颱風天的時候還備有小點心，很體貼。 We met typhoon during the stay and the hotel staff serves us some little cookies, quite nice. 房間有經過整修，算是乾淨現代的風格。 需要補充其他用品會及時送來，清潔人員態度良好。衛浴乾溼分離。 The room is modern with simple equipment, if you need any extra favor, the cleaner is friendly to serve you. Separate bathing and grooming facility. 有健身房也有自助洗衣及烘衣機，是免費的。 櫃台唯一的優點就是可以不分時段地要求打掃並且代收包裹，因為飯店接待暫駐休息的客人。 There's a gym and washing machine for free in B1 floor. The only thing we are satisfied of the front desk is we can request them to clean up our room anytime cause they accept customers who would like to rest; they also accept packages for you if you need.”
