- In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case<br><br>Please note:<br><br>- One child under 2 years can stay free of charge in a crib.<br><br>- All children under 7 years are charged 15,000 COP per person per night when using existing beds.<br><br>- One older child (8 years and above) or adult is charged 65,000 COP per person per night in an extra bed.<br><br>- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodation plus service).

“This is a great hotel --- excellent value. It's centrally located. There are nice restaurants and bars nearby. The main plaza is just up the road as well with a nice monument. The breakfast was excellent as well. Staff are friendly and checkin was smooth”
