- In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case<br><br>Please note:<br><br>- Sauna is not available due to remodeling.<br><br>- Children under 4 years of age can stay free of charge in existing beds.<br><br>- All children will be accommodated in the existing beds.<br><br>- Children between 5 and 11 years of age can pay COP 40000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.<br><br>- Children older than 11 years of age or adults pay COP 80000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.<br><br>- Additional children from ages 5 to 11 will be accommodated in the existing beds.<br><br>- Additional beds are not allowed in the Standard Rooms, Junior Suite rooms are the only ones that can fit additional beds.<br><br>- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodation plus service).

“The location (it's near the Airport so the beach is pretty private without many vendors) It's a 25 minute drive to Santa Marta which didn't bother me as I had a car. The car park is an onsite multistorey. I stayed in the second tower which was very modern. The air con was ice cold and the room was clean with a balcony and well equipped. The wifi is very good in the pool area/restaurant but did not reach the room. The pool area is very nice, there is also an onsite shop, sauna, the beach is 10 metres away and the onsite restaurant is open all day. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. A note to the smokers - you can smoke outside the buildings, around the restaurant, pool area etc... but NOT on the balcony of your room (go figure)”
“The very large room on high level is a sensation, it owns both mountain and sea views. furnishing is not contemporary but it is a bit of Andes which I really enjoyed as a conduit to local soul. breakfast fits my taste with delicious egg soup and a few other options - enough. large swimming pool has lukewarm water comfortable to skin without any temperature shock.”
