- In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case<br><br>Please note that children 4 years or younger stay free of charge. Children from 5-10 years have an additional fee of 50% per night, per stay over the price of the night.
