They gave us great tips for restaurants and activities to do around Kluang. The hawker stalls next to the hotel were also good. Overall great experience.”
“We travelled to Kluang at a very bad timing and unaware that it was Public Holiday, most of the eateries are closed and the whole travel plan was basically ruined. I love how the receptionist host us like her own guests, spending extra time during check-in to guide us where to go and eat around. It was such a shame that I didn't catch her name but she is the officer on duty when I checked in on 9th September, around 12pm - she let us check in earlier as the room was ready :). Room was clean, bed was comfy, facilities are working. Service is always the only thing that last impression to people :)”

“The room was well kept and maintained for a small town hotel. There is no facilities but given we were not there to enjoy facilities it was fine. service was good and staff very friendly and helpful. There is a car wash just beside the hotel which is good for Travellers by car. Cost is RM15 for basic wash and vacuum.”
