“Quiet location beside the Ping River on the east of the old city. Nearby to some night markets.. Good value for money.”
“A small cozy guest house in the heart of chiang mai. The night bazaar is only 5 min walk away. The only place i have had good coffee since i got to Thailand. I totally recomend this guest house if you are comfortable to live simple.”
“The room was large and spacious, good bathroom too. Very lovely and green properly in general with a river view at breakfast. I enjoyed that it was a 10 minute walk away from the bustling center. Lovely Ann at reception gave me an early checkin too.”
“All staff were very friendly. The hotel was close to main street. Everything was great.”
“Excellent value for the cost. It is walking distance to the Night Market and easily accessible by taxi, walking or motor scooter. The staff is friendly and the place is neat, tidy and quaint. The morning breakfast is sufficient to start the day. I have stayed here twice now and would stay there again if visiting Chiang Mai. I have also stayed in Shangri La in Chiang Mai... and visited Bangkok and Phuket. Recommend and repeat for sure!”
“Rooms roomy, though bathroom a little small. Traditional Thai style designed building, walking distance to both day and night markets. Quietly tucked away down an alley, right on the Ping river. Staff very helpful and all have been there 20-30 years. Great value for money.”
“Nice, simple hotel. Good, clean room. I asked for a softer bed and it was great. Extra charge breakfast and meals in the simple riverside cafe were good. A little old fashioned but suited our family. Pretty garden. Third time we have stayed”
“The friendliness of the staff, the traditional style of the hotel plus the location by the river.”
“The smoking area outside my room that is convenient to me.”
“The bed was fantastic and new clean cotton sheets were great. Help with booking tours.”
