“We booked two rooms but the hotel could only find one booked. The gentleman at the reception swiftly fixed the issue and to make up for the inconvenience, he offered an upgrade to a suite with lakeview. This gesture was much appreciated. The room was huge with terrific view over the lake. We also loved the breakfast where the lady in charge was extremely friendly and helpful. Go for the outside seating where you can take in the view of the mountains and some lakeview.”
“Perfect place for relaxing holidays. Very quiet place, no kids allowed, thousands of books ready to read (in different languages), very close to lake and beach, clean natural pond in the garden inviting to have a swim, breakfast served in a very elegant manner (however for me it would be better if some ingredients were served as a buffet choice), very nice and friendly personnel everywhere (restaurant, cleaning lady, reception, etc), super program with fitness coach Conny, free bikes to rent, nice garden for relaxing in peace, many paths (walking and hiking) in the nearest neighborhood. We have asked for a nice and quiet room with big balcony, and our wish has been fulfilled in 100%. Thank you very much Family Ebner for creating such a lovely place and having superior staff and making our holidays perfect.”
