“The location of the place is amazing. Basically you can step out of the house either into the city center to the right, or to the skislopes on your left. To either direction you need less than 5 minutes. The staff is great, the place is nicely maintained and we liked it a lot. You have the ski room beneth the house, well equiped (heaters to dry your ski boots, heated room to dry your skis) so that you are ready everyday to enjoy the slopes.”
“The landlady is very helpful and friendly. She speaks Italian, German and English very well. The location is very handy. It is only 2 minutes to the Nives ski lift and a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Ciampinoi ski lift. There is an excellent and reasonably priced restaurant across the road. The facilities are very good, the ski room has driers for ski boots. There is a substantial traditional breakfast with cereals, rolls, meat, cheese, tea, coffee, toast, preserves and cakes. You do not have to eat until teatime!”

“Good location: close to everything, but very calm, great restaurant just across the street. Nearest ski lift is only 150m away. Very clean and very friendly. Breakfast is basic, but everything is fresh and good quality. Recommended!”
