“The edge of the bed was a little uncomfortable but not too bad. The people at the front (registration) desk were extremely nice. Breakfast items were nice. I would have liked having one type of cereal that was not sweet (raisin brand, cheerios, and cannot remember what the other 2 were but were a little sweet for me). Dining area was nice and clean and the lady preparing the food was clean. When dining I always look at the appearance of the people preparing the food and the cleanliness of the room.”
“The breakfast was really good and the woman who handle's the breakfast was super nice. Super convenient if heading up to Cherokee and don't want to pay 250+ a night for a room in Cherokee. Only a 45 minute drive to Harrah's in Cherokee or the plenty of other outdoor stuff Cherokee has to offer.”

“The best part of our experience here was meeting the staff member, Jill, at the morning breakfast. She is an excellent ambassador for the hotel and does a wonderful job of going over and above to make the guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Her personality is a tremendous asset to the hotel. We have stayed at numerous hotels across the US and she, by far, exceeds any other staff member in that role. Hopefully, the hotel management recognizes what a gift they have in her.”
