- Note that the Spa facility is being remodelled, an external Spa facility is available for a small fee (2017).<br><br>The swimming pool will be under renovations from November 1st until the 10th, 2017.<br><br>When making a reservation, the property kindly asks guests to specify if they want a double or twin beds.<br><br>Please note Gavina Sens Iquique hosts various dance events throughout the year, some lasting up to 03:30 AM.<br><br>Additionally, the property is also near a convention centre, where on occasions, loud sounds and music can be heard.<br><br>--<br><br>Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.<br><br>* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.<br><br>To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>
