“Breakfast was fantastic, choice of American (basically a variation on a full english) Indonesian rice or noodles (both amazing) or you can order the kids breakfast which is pancakes and fruit. The room was big with an incredible bathroom, the pool was also very private and a great view of rice fields. Feels very remote. Free shuttle into UBud and back is also a huge plus. If you want to go outside of the set times it's only 50,000 pick up or drop off which is about £1.50 and saves a good hours walk each way. The staff even drove into town to collect my wife's bag she left in a tour guides car for free. You can't ask more than that. The tour guide told us on the phone he would drop it up then changed his mind. The staff took it upon themselves to collect it. Great service. Massive reccomendation in the area is a warung called bintang warung. Go there and eat the ribs!”
“The staff were fantastic especially Febri. They really look after you and make sure your stay is comfortable. We also booked our boat to Gili Meno through them and everything went well.We rented a motorbike it was in good condition.The room is spacious Bed is comfortable. WiFi good enough. Mini bar. Hot water in shower. Rooms cleaned daily. Food in restaraunt was good at a good price. The pool is nice. The provide beach towel. The place is peaceful and quiet. ”
