“The property was beautiful and set in a gorgeous location”
“We had paid extra for booking com for a double room with extra bed:sofa. Reception disputed it was only a double we had booked and to take it up with booking com eventually I got a free upgrade ! Which I had already booked and paid for . The additional room Remained unresolved as they were fully booked!”
