“Obviously it is a hotel that focus on local people not tourists. When I arrive I realize that they have a special discount. I asked if I can have it but the answer is "don't know, go to ask Booking.com". I asked a couple of other questions and get the same answer. Obviously, they don't have a good relationship with Booking.com. It's the first time I book a hotel from Booking .com that can't be cancelled before check in. I would try to avoid similar booking from Booking.com in the future.”

“A very good place if you want to spend a couple of days at the local hot springs. There is a large an comfortable bath tube in the room, and a great choice of bathing facilities within short walking distance. Personnel is great, really attentive. We had a minor problems which was sorted out with remarkable speed and efficiency. However, the place is a bit far away from the Taibei downtown (this is what we wanted, since we would like to have a lazy day or two at the springs).”

“So, we came here for my Partner's birthday, the staff were superb in particular: birthday cake and wine at dinner. The hot spring is superb, but not mixed. There is a more modern mixed pool. The Sichuan restaurant on site was superb, so much so we went back for lunch and dinner. Lovely place, thoughtful staff.”

Lovely, helpful staff, 5 minute walk from MRT, great value for $; we really enjoyed the place & ended up staying an extra night. Upper floors have the best views, avoid Beitou on weekends if you don't care for crowds.”
