“Great luxury hotel for a mid-range price near the heart of Tainan. The satin sheets on the bed were decadent. The breakfast - which was included - was delicious and a great variety of standard and local dishes. The ginger beef soup, a local specialty, was particularly yummy. A nice extra perk included were fruit and soft drinks included in the fridge along with the standard bottles of water. I loved the ambiance and the big soft Teddy Bear in the lobby! The front desk was extremely helpful in arranging transportation for us back to the high speed rail, about a half hour cab ride from Tainan, and in orienting us to the area by providing maps and directions of local landmarks and historic sites. Although a little out of the way from major landmarks, it is definitely worth the effort. Would definitely come back!”
