“The hotel is situated across from Copacobana Beach, with easy access to beach kiosks for food and drinks. The hotel provided me with a free upgraded room without asking as it was available at the time. They gave a pack of chocolates upon arrival, and a hand written welcome card personally addressed. Within the hotel is an ATM, bar, pool and restaurant. Very stylish, lovely decor. Computers for access provided. Very helpful reception staff, friendly and able to answer questions, such as when I tried to make a phone call but needed to change the number for a local call. Porters available for luggage as well. Without going 5 star, this would be a great option for anyone wanting to stay on Copacobana beach. Also short walking distance to restaurants nearby, beach markets, although I didn't have time for shopping to explore the area around the hotel as I was only there for one night.”
