“Confortable hotel, good value for the money. The pool area is nice. Waiters not so careful. Close to the main attractions of Rio Vermelho, bear in mind, you have to climb a hill to get to the hotel.”
“Over all it was amazing the staff were very professional and very helpful . There was an incident which occurred in which I thought I lost my iPod, I was looking for it in all the places I thought I must have left it, and that evening I just happened to go to the front desk and ask if someone have turned in an iPod, I was so happy when they gave it to me. That just tell you there are some trust worthy people around you in this hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone and plan to stay there again on my next trip to Brazil. To add to this, there is a free breakfast every day and all the food served are delicious.”

Different type of food was offered every day.Personal was really nice and helpful.The view from the room and from the pool was just incredibly beautiful...It has a nice little bar on the top floor just beside the swimming pool which is lovely.There is a small electric van that brings people 24/24 down the hill which is really handy!There is a gym with the necessary equipments...Very good soap and shampoo given by the hotel...Very good price for the given service. ”

“The accommodation was most comfortable even if there is some need for upgrades. However, for the cost of the room, the hotel is highly competitive. Of course, the view is magnificent. Staff are most accommodating. I highly recommend if one is looking for a great bargain with rooms comfortable and clean.”
“Staff were so accommodating, helpful and nice.Many spoke English. I had checked out but was going travelling for couple days and they let me leave my suitcase in a secure room.When I returned they gave me a clean towel and toiletries and let me have a shower.They couldn't do enough for me and it was a pleasure to stay there.Big thumbs up!!!!”
“Excelent place and view, specially from the rooftop swimmingpool. Staff is always helpfull. They have a 24 hours shuttle service to a very nice area with good restaurants and live music (Vila Caramuru). I was there with my 5 years old daughter and although the hotel is not kids friendly (I mean no playroom or park...) she said it was the best hotel ever!”
