Important Notice
- A valid credit card number will be required for pre-authorisation for every reservation.<br><br>Please note that early departures will still be charged 100% for any remaining nights.<br><br>For reservations of 5 nights or more, a deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay will be charged by the hotel at time of booking. The deposit will be refunded based on the cancellation policies of the property. (see Hotel Policies)<br><br>For reservations of 5 Suites or more, special group policies will apply and 50% of the total amount of your stay will be requested at the time of reservation. This prepayment deposit is not refundable.<br><br>Cancellation refunds will be paid 45 days after the cancellation day.<br><br>Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required.<br><br>Please note that the swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance from 19 November to 30 November 2017.<br><br>Bathrobes can be provided upon request and for an extra charge of EUR 5 per robe.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Goldstar Resort & Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. “Great location! Great Secured Parking location in the lower level of the hotel, but it requires good driving skills to maneuver your car in the garage.”

Easy access from parking lot to directly to the room floors. We enjoyed the Breakfast. Also suitable for families with children, my son liked everything he ate. Thanks.”
