“We chose the accommodation based on the location, as we took a daytrip to Cambridge by train from King’s Cross. Distance to the station (and also to Piccadilly Line) was just perfect for our needs - not too close but at a walking distance. Otherwise the hotel was typical London 3-star standard with clean rooms but some peculiar old town house characteristics like steep stairs and no elevator, reception in a separate building, and breakfast across the street at the school canteen looking a bit like the Great Hall from Harry Potter.”
