- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
- All children under 2 years are charged RUB 500 per night for children's cots/cribs.
- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

“Это был замечательный отдых ! Особенно хотелось бы поблагодарить службу персонала , а лично менеджера по бронированию Филипа , профессионал своего дела очень любезен и очень обходителен с гостями ! Домик был чистый , в гольф в этот раз не удалость поиграть но время проведённое на природе и в самом доме было потрясающим ! Территория чистая , детская площадка приятная и ресторан с очень демократичными ценами и с довольно приятным меню . Но самое важное - это воздух он просто идеален . Было приятно находиться в этом месте , с удовольствием вернёмся ещё .”
