“This guesthouse is twined with a hotel. The comfy room we had was in the guesthouse part but you got access to everything (bar, swimming pool) from the hotel next door. Staff was the same for both so really good. Amazing location for a good value for money.”

“We stayed here for two nights, extending our stay in Chiang Mai that we loved, our fist guesthouse was full. Extra good location, close to all facilities in the city, yet in the end of a pedestrian alley, so you cannot hear the noise of the street. The guesthouse shares the open air lobby with the Thapae Loft hotel, that is a bit more fancy, and the good thing is you can use the pool ! And on evenings they have a trendy vintage van that is actually the cocktail bar! We had a very nice evening there, with customer singing while member of staff played guitar ! Very helpful staff, we even used their phones to call people in Thailand to plan our next destination...! thank you very much!”
“Thought its a bit tricky to find (even local car rental company stuff cannot find the place) but the location is very convenient, its just right beside Wat Phan On and the weekend night market, just 5 min walk to Tha Pae Gate and 7 min to Wat Phan Tao and Chendi Luang. Very friendly stuff and they have a cute mini on their front yard.”
