“It is "only" a three star Hotel but it has all you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent value for money. Washing machines availabe for guests, which is very convenient for families and people who travel for more then just few days. Located in a lively suburb of Taipei. MRT not far away.”

“The staff specially Ms Zeny (I hope I get her name right) who was so helpful in arranging tour for us even if very short notice (we requested 11:30am and she was able to arrange one same day 1:30PM departure). It made our stay meaningful and enjoyable with my family. What I also like about Zeny was her attitude she always smile and really wanted to accommodate us and look for ways to do it. Excellent customer service. The asset of the hotel are their staff, they are friendly and accommodating. They even said goodbye to us waving their hands and smiling during our check out. The room we stayed is big and clean. No foul smell. Its good also that there is a big grocery at the ground level of the hotel. The second tour that we had our tour guide declined receiving tip, we just tried because we were happy of his services. They have airport transfer service. Easy to arrange.”

“the bathroom is very interesting and comfortable with newest and advanced technology automatic closet with warm seat and water splash, big tub, organic soap and shampo. comfortable bed, spacious room, free parking. There is a small shop opposite the bridge selling hot buns,xiao long pao, soya and mung bean drink, very cheap and excellent taste, expect a long queue even after 11 pm. worth to try. it is located on the 5th floor of a department store with supermarket downstairs.”
