The interior was just breath taking and the room was even better, the best bed I have ever slept in, beautiful and romantic detailing on the walls and ceiling and the most fancy bathroom I have ever seen! The staff were so welcoming and helpful too, they did anything they could to go out of their way for you even found us a car and driver to get to our next hotel 3 hours away! The Victoria club is open 24 hours and is so luxurious, really perfect hotel very warm and friendly considering how fancy it was, immaculate too there was not one little speck of dust in the place it was like new!”

“Great location, within walking distance of most things in Bucharest. The staff were really lovely and went out of their way to help us. We'd mentioned it was our anniversary and so they left us some fruit and pastries and wine in our room as a gift. We arrived earlier than our check in time and they were so great at getting our room ready fast, looking after our bags while we went out to visit some of the places they recommended. Cosy room with everything we needed.”
