“We got an upgrade to a room with lake view, which was very nice! The staff both at reception and in the breakfast restaurant were very polite and accomodating. The room itself was big and comfortable, if somewhat basic, but very clean; bathroom with bathtub (my husbands's favourite). We had a small balcony, which probably in good weather is fantastic for sitting and admiring the beautiful view. I have never seen in a hotel so many TV chanels, in so many different languages. I rated value for money at the maximum, because it was indeed so for the price we had; but I think it must have been a discounted price for some reason (maybe because the hotel was pretty empty), because in the weekend before, the price for the same room and occupancy would have been triple.”
