“The hotel is nicely centrally located only a short 10 minutes by metro the the main centre. I have been here on several occasions and the hotel has a really friendly and helpful staff whom have a great level of customer recognition. They do all they can to assist with taxis and getting around.”
“Location is very good. Hotel is really showing its' age. Mercure took over the property from Radisson Blu in January 2017 and they should invest in refurbishing. It is clean and comfortable. Club floor lounge has s good breakfast with a mix of Western and Asian foods. The snack food at Happy Hour is decent, but just that; snack food. Lily and Olivia in the Club lounge are excellent. Needed to change rooms to to A/C issue and Julia handled the request immediately. Check in and out was no hassle.”
“Breakfast was really nice and there was a lovely selection of breads, pastries and my favourite pan au chocolat. There was an asian section and the western section offered many styles of eggs, sausages, bacon, hash browns and everything that you could ask for. The staff were particularly helpful and after staying some days offered a nice level of personal service and homely recognition. The hotel is in a great area in Thumb plaza with many facilities, shops and services only a stones throw away.”

“The hotel is very nice and has an excellent well equipped gym with towels, although only an outdoor swimming pool. I stayed in a club room which was extremely well equipped with very comfortable bed and really good quality fairly luxurious bathroom toiletries including razor, moisturiser and all of the usual things. The staff are keen to help and the hotel is in an area with many expat bars, restaurants and facilities on the doorstep. Alternatively a 5 minute taxi ride will take you to the Science & Tech Museum and large Underground Fake Market or the metro which is a 10 minute ride into the city centre.”
