“Staff was very friendly. I mistakenly left a piece of jewelry behind and they were very helpful in seeing it was returned to me (or really, my husband) later in the day after I'd checked out. The in-room meal service was very quick and the laksa was really delicious.”

“Excellent five star services and room. Large room had a huge tub and separate shower. My first room was a non-smoking room that someone had clearly been smoking in but the staff quickly sent someone with a new key and to help me move my bags. They also have a pillow menu which was fantastic! The service was friendly. I also used the spa services for a massage which was fantastic. They charge the same rate for in-room as they do for going down to their offices. The internet wasn’t the best speeds, I rarely got a connection. Be sure to download a VPN to be able to access most things. Anything google based (gps, email, translators) won’t work.”
“Been here few times, nice hotel near to Hong Qiao airport if you need to catch early flight in the morning, which is the purpose for me. Big comfortable room. Carrefour supermart/shopping mall nearby with food court and good selection of eateries. Walking distance to subway station. Normally is not affordable for my budget, but this time is probably weekend special rate.”

“Good business hotel in (relatively) easy access for Hongqiao and even to the centre of Shanghai (traffic dependent). Elevated expressway is very nearby, but far enough not to disturb you noise wise. Rooms are clean and quiet, almost completely smoke-free in the non-smoking floors. Generally, staff are helpful, smiling and pleasant. Housekeeping especially are helpful and friendly. Fitness centre small but hardly used so easy to find spare equipment. Floor elevators are quick and you don't wait long. Carrefour supermarket very close by with cafes and a good foodcourt.”
