“The rooms were big and spacious. I especially liked how it was an apartment instead of normal hotel rooms. It was also clean and the estate that we were in was quaint and accessible. There's also lots of food options around the hotel. The staff was amazing too! Kudos to the staff who worked in US for 8 years, sorry I forgot to get your name but the service you provided was superb!”

“Easy check-in, friendly staff, wonderful location! Just by walking around a bit outside we found so many wonderful little cafes, restaurants, and bars to fill downtime. The rooms are spacious and well kept. It's also extremely close to the subway which made it all the better. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The neighbourhood was great, interesting, lots of bars and restaurants. The room was quiet at night. Very close to the subway station (about a 3 minute walk) - short train rides to Shibuya, Shinjuku etc. We booked an ordinary room and got a free upgrade to a spacious two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, balcony and a washing machine! It was lovely! If you like sushi check out Iroha Zushi down by the canal, it was brilliant, welcoming and walking distance from this hotel.”
“Really comforting apartment to come home to after a long day of travelling and activities. Very generous in size and well equipped facilities and a kitchen. Train station is a 2 minute walk with easy access to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ebisu etc. The staff is friendly and very helpful - Highly recommend Grand Residence Naka Neguro! ”
“Nicely located near the train station and accessible via a pleasant alley which had nice shops including Family Mart and Kaldi. I could open the room windows and enjoyed the cool evening breeze. The evening staff was helpful. The unit was spacious and was well-stocked with utensils and a microwave. We had a comfortable stay.”

“Absolutely great location. On a lovely small quiet street. Near 7 Eleven and the train station so it's very convenient. The room was clean and comfortably big enough. The staff is super friendly and polite. The value is unbelievable. Some of my friends who been to Tokyo for so many times was surprised that I found such a great hotel which was so cheap. I was so lucky. I'll definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Tokyo!”
