“Only thing that I liked about Grand Walkerhill Hotel Seoul was one staff who were helping me with the check-in service. Couldn't remember the name of the staff, but she was indeed listening to what I was saying (including my horrible experience during booking processes) and also she tried her best to please her guests so that the hotel can regain their reputation. Other than this one staff, all the experiences that myself and my friend got during 1 night stay was very disappointing.”

“직원들은 정말 최고의 친절함을 보였구요~ 위치가 서울 아차산에 있어 주변경관이 너무 좋고 공기도 좋아 마치 지방에 와있는 듯한 느낌을 줘서 서울에서도 이런 휴가를 보낼수 있음에 놀라웠습니다. 호텔 조식또한 정말 훌륭했고 특히 한식메뉴가 너무 뛰어나 놀랬습니다.”

“직원분들의 친절한 서비스가 매우 좋았고 객실도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 객실에서 바라본 한강 뷰도 너무 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 아이랑 함께 이용한 실내 수영장이 이용객도 많지 않고 한가해서 더 좋았던것 같습니다. 다만 수영모자를 준비하지 않은 이용객들을 위해서 수영모를 좀 더 여유있게 준비해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.”
