Important Notice
- Please note that the dress code of the hotel is smart casual.<br><br>Entry to the wellness centre for children up to 14 years accompanied by parents possible between 11:00 and 15:00 daily. The entrance to the pool is possible only with the swimsuit according to the European standard.<br><br>On December 31, the room rate includes a New Year's Eve gala programme with a dinner. There is an evening formal dress code required. The tables are for 8 guests, tables for two are not available.<br><br>When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Hotel may contact you with more information.<br><br>The room rate applies for max. 2 persons in 1 room. The services for a child or a person on extra bed should be purchased individually.<br><br>Karlovy Vary Half Marathon will be held on 19 May 2018. There will be traffic restrictions - the road to the Grandhotel Pupp (0.3 miles) will be closed from 16:00 to 21:00.

“We were upgraded to a Premier Suite at no extra cost. Bed was very comfortable, spa facilities were excellent, the massage was among the best I've had. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection, the dinner was fantastic and staff were generally very helpful. Room had a view onto the river (location was ideal). Exactly what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel.”

“The position of the hotel in town is backed up against a hill you can see the shop avenues but aren't right on top of all the crowded, busy areas. Entrance to the funicular is just behind the hotel. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. Entered the room to a little dog bed & treats prepped for our dog. They also have a room service menu for dogs. Seriously. Heat and water pressure in the shower was excellent, balcony over looking the river & Lazne I building. The wellness center pool & saunas are totally modern, clean and quite large. Tip: the hotel is also quite large so depending on where your room is you may have to walk through several grand dining rooms to get there. So take advantage of the lockers provided in the spa change rooms unless you are totally comfortable rocking your robe and slippers as you walk through the dining rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our extra spa services, price for value was great. Breakfast buffet was huge and varied. Were given drink coupons for the night bar which was also a nice touch, enjoyed the cocktail.”
