“Our groups of 6 staying in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is clean and tidy,Very friendly and helpful staff especially Jordyn at the front desk. We booked 2 nights and extended 2 nights. Jordyn helped us to hold the same rooms for the extended nights. The breakfast is not the best but good enough with boiled eggs, breads, muffins, crereal and fresh fruits. Sure with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. It is a great bonus for us, photographers, all food and drink are provided 24 hours. We can have some food before shooting sunrise and after shooting sunset. The location is great and convenient with a good deal for us. The beds are comfortable. Our group like this hotel very much with no complaint. Highly recommend this hotel.”
“Great location for visiting Yellowstone National Park, also great location in the city of West Yellowstone, in a more quiet street. Very clean room, lots of space, very nice that you are able to park your car in the garage when it's cold, easy room access through the garage elevator. Nice and friendly staff.”

“Beds were very comfy. The location is great. Staff and breakfast were good. However, I was disappointed about the price of the room (over $300 a night) and the quality of the bathroom, specifically the rim around the bathtub coming off the wall and tub and mold behind it. For that much money, the room (bathroom) should have been in much better condition.”
