“Very friendly and helpful staff. Japanese breakfast was pretty impressive and served in a very nice room. The outdoor spa was nice, had great views to the mountains and did not ban tattooed guests.”

“Our stay at the Green Hotel at Unazuki Onsen was one of the highlights of our trip. Although it may look a bit run down from the exterior, inside the rooms and corridors are clean and well maintained. We had a view of the river from our tatami matted room. Along with the wooden corridors I felt a little that we were in the bathhouse of Spirited Away. The internal spa bath was divided into a really hot section and a tolerable one. I preferred the external bath which would have looked quite beautiful during cherry blossom season. The staff were very friendly and assisted us with picking us up and returning to the station. ”
