“Fantastic customer service- and when they couldn't help or speak English they would get someone who could help. Room upgrade with lake/park view included use of the private lounge with delicious snacks and drinks. It was also a quieter place to eat breakfast in the morning, rather than the busier restaurant off the lobby. Live music in the lobby in the evening made for a nice atmosphere and people practicing tai chi in front of the hotel in the morning to music! Location right along the lake/park-just need to cross the street carefully. Our "butler" was really nice and helpful!! Will definitely stay here again!”

“Breakfast - included in the price - is a fabulous buffet. Western b'fast if you must (home-baked croissants), but the Chinese breakfast is outstanding in that it focuses on Yunnan cuisine. Noodles in spicy sauce. Mmmmm. You won't need to eat for the rest of the day.”
