Important Notice
- Please note that during winter, Griessenkarhaus can only be reached via cable car. The check-in and check-out times depend on the operating hours of the cable car (8:30 - 16:00). Cars can be parked at the ground station.<br><br>Guests staying 7 nights or longer can have - upon prior request - arranged transport by a snow mobile on the arrival and departure day. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.<br><br>Please note that in winter the a la carte restaurant is open from 11:00 to 17:00.

“Loved being on top of the ski mountain! Food was AMAZING... by far the best I've ever had and abundant at a resort. Staff made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. It was like a private oasis when the lifts were closed. The four of us, 2 kids ages 10 and 7 stayed in room #9. Very comfy and great views of the alps every morning. Rooms are clean and they are very attentive to you! This was our first time in Austria and snowboarding. Be prepared to arrange for lessons prior to your arrival as well as getting there early to grab your gear if you are renting. We stayed 3 full days of snowboarding and it was the perfect amount of time. Town was full of hotels and bars so even if this is your destination, you are getting the better end of the deal staying up on the mountain. Would love to see this place in the summer for the green season!”
“Wir waren im Sommer dort und zu der Zeit gab es in dem Skihotel nicht sehr viele Gäste und es war sehr familiär. Die betreibende Familie war total freundlich und hat sich um uns sehr gut gekümmert. Wir haben Tipps bekommen, was wir in der Gegend mit den Kindern unternehmen können. Frühstück war einfach aber gute Qualität und lecker. In der Lounge/Restaurant gab es eine Spielecke für Kinder mit Spielen, Puzzle, usw. sodass sie auch den Regnerischen Vormittag drinnen ohne Langeweile gut verbracht haben.”
