“What can I say? The booking on line was easy as was payment at the location. Staff were friendly, helpful and not intrusive. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The tea and coffee in the room was a bonus. Breakfast menu is very good. My partner had a full English which filled him up for the day ahead. I chose poached eggs one day and eggs Florentine the next. In the food area; it was lovely watching the chickens cook on the spit. The location is very good for exploring the area. Meals in the pub were good, they arrived nicely presented and hot. We will certainly be returning as there is lots of exploring to be done.”

“Stayed at this inn in the past. But Paul, Tina & crew have improved what was a fine inn to an excellent choice for a short break. The rooms are good, the food is good, the rooms are good and the staff even when on extended shifts are good with excellent levels of customer care. So good that we have re-booked for another break next spring.”
