“The staff were very very friendly - Esther - the reception clerk, Elvedin - the Chef and Adelino - the concierge. The service during breakfast was extremely good. We were served hot egg dishes and coffee as per our request and the Chef prepared a special vegetarian Indian dish for my wife. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. A rare hotel experience in Europe where the concierge took our heavy luggage to our rooms on a trolley.”

“The kindness and the helpfulness of the staff were simply outstanding! The rooms, while not particularly design-oriented, are comfortable and very pleasant. Ours had a lovely view of the mountains and the quaint garden, which is part of the hotel. The breakfast was fabulous, with a great variety of things to choose from, and with everything of excellent quality. I liked that much of the items were local (cheese, butter, eggs, bread etc.). You can borrow mountain bikes for free, which gives you a lot of freedom to explore the area.”

“hotel is located in a central area but it is also calm. bus stop to ski slopes is just front of the hotel. hotel staff is kind and helpfull rooms are comfortable (stayed 3 times) , have enough space very clean. hotel has spa facility which is very relaxing after tiring day.it has also shuttle service to train station. breakfast is good, freshly baked crossiant and breads are delicious. there is happy hour at 6.30 in the front of cheminee, that orange juice, wine and delicious snacks are served to hotel guests. hotel's restaurant is also good”
