“The staff were friendly and helpful the room was comfortable and lovely and warm”

“The welcome and assistance from all your receptionist and staff was absolutely excellent! The only issue was the size of the room a little small with a lot of street noise in the car park outside with people shouting and what sounded like bins being pushed around which I guess is hardly the fault of the hotel. Also the shower was very difficult to regulate to a cooler temperature, the water was extremely hot. All in all though I would recommend the hotel and would stay again. Thank you!”
