“The stay was superb - a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been good though. Other than that a fabulous stay with really very polite and helpful staff.”
“The room was small. However the decor was excellent! The hotel provides a smart phone which was very helpful. The spa is gorgeous. The breakfast was very good but in extra charge.”
“Fantastic and personalised customer service, staff went above and beyond. Beautiful location and the private spa session made the trip so magical. Memories that will stay with us forever, I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Paris. Thankyou so much.”
“The hotel is very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was updated and nicely decorated although on the small side. They did apologize that there wasn’t a larger room for upgrade. The hotel is within walking distance to the Louvre and many other sites as well as several restaurants. They do have a spa on-site but we were so busy exploring Paris that we didn’t get a chance to use it. I also like the honesty bar to grab a quick cocktail or beer after a long day of sightseeing. I also enjoyed learning the history of the hotel and it’s ties to the famous Mona Lisa painting.”
“Monna Lisa room has direct access to the pool and private room sessions were amazing. The rooms are quite and hotel staff extremely helpful”
“This charming little hotel is small but packs a big punch! The rooms are very comfortable and to me, larger than most Paris hotels. The bathrooms are updated and well appointed. (We had “deluxe” rooms). The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Louvre and many great restaurants. And the staff are all friendly professionals. Great find!”
“Staff was amazing and the location was perfect for anyone's first visit to Paris.”
“The SPA is awesome. The hotel has a typical nice smell and the staff are very friendly.”
“Very friendly and charming staff, very helpful, room was ready at earlier arrival”
“It was fantastic. The hotel even gave us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon”
