“Great location and comfortable rooms. Staff were absolutely awful, apart from Stephen, who actually acted like he wanted to work in a hotel. The others acted like it was a burden to order anything or ask for any help with anything. We were shouted at when we checked in for asking for them to bring bedding to the room, even though they knew there were three of us in the room, there was only bedding for a double bed. We had called the restaurant for wine glasses and ice. The waiter came to room, shouted as us and stormed off. I then confronted him at reception and he said there was a misunderstanding! Completely shocked. Apart from the ridiculous staff, everything else was good. Stephen was the one member of staff who was helpful”
