“The temptation is to keep this place a secret, however.... It's very much a restaurant and an excellent one, with rooms, rather than a hotel with a restaurant attached. The rooms were bright, functional and comfortable, but that's not the point. You spend a day in the mountains and then hurry back for a meal and wine which is not foodie daft, but guaranteed to hit the spot.”
