“There really is only one hotel in Auch, and this is it. Right in the center of town. The hotel is a family business, owned by three brothers who are professionals and run it to very high standards. One of them, Bruno, is among the best hoteliers I've met. Be sure to have dinner in their restaurant at least once. It's excellent.”

“Auch is a small, but very pleasant city, and public parking is close to the hotel and easy to access. Both the staff at the desk and in the restaurant were very nice. We had dinner in the restaurant (the biggest of the two) and it was an extraordinary treat. Everything was very, very good, and a couple of the dishes were truly amazing. Taking into account the high quality, it was certianly not expensive either.”
