From the quick reply email when we realised we wouldn't be arriving until after 9.00 pm to the location which was in walking distance of the Palaise du Papes, main shopping area and everything we wanted to explore in Avignon. Also a wonderful tea/coffee making machine in our room. The biscuit treats also were a very welcome surprise. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and very polite.
