“Bigger the room, bigger the bathtub which we noticed when we switched to a bigger room. Also the mirror in the bathroom is heated, so it doesn't fog up after long hot shower. Nice touch! Room 422 was the best! The mini fridge was great for storing water and snacks and the room came with all the amenities you could ask for including a water boiler, instant coffee and tea, some insanely comfy pair of freshly wrapped pajama that lay folded and waiting along with slippers and hangers for coats or shirts on a very nice sized clean perfectly firmed mattress that easily fit 2 people. Room was temp controlled to your liking and there was even a ice machine on the 4th floor. This did not even remotely feel like a business hotel, clean and bright, yet quiet, spacious and above all a great place to get a little R&R.”

“The double rooms, while small, were furnished attractively. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The location is good with a 10 minute walk to Ueno station. There are plenty of very reasonably priced Japanese restaurants around. Good fast Wi-Fi.”
“Location is good. Room and toilet is very clean. Breakfast is very nice. I like every things here. Bed is comfortable and location is near inaricho station. The hotel is near Lawson and family mart and not far from ueno station.”
“All facilities instruction are properly translated in English making live easy for foreigner who can’t read and write Japanese. Close to many amenities and close to transport. Close to a few fantastic tourist spots.”
“Its very accessible to the train station and the last stop of skyliner coming from narita airport and first station to the airport so you ll feel more relaxed in loading and unloading your big bags... Rooms are small but almost all the amenities of a hotel room are there. Toiletries, slippers and even sleeping clothes/pajamas were provided. The breakfast is good! Its in a buffet setting. There was no noodles in the choices but we were able to request a plate of noodles for our son. On our second morning, we were late for breakfast at 9:30 but the staff were very accomodating serving us set meals. The third morning, we were not able to enjoy the breakfast because we left the hotel at 6am. They serve breakfast from 7am to 9am which we did not take note of..”
