“Great location and homely atmosphere. Onsen and other facilities were excellent. I will be returning here when ever I visit Hakuba.”
“The owner doesn't speak much English but went out of his way at all times to help and accommodate us. We lost a beanie and a watch at different spots and owner retrieved the beanie via driving himself to get it & also sent us the watch via mail. The location is super central and very well set up & although the rooms are basic Japanese style I don't think there is better value for money in Hakuba - we will be back!”

“Great location next to the bus terminal which allows easy access to the various resorts in the Hakuba Valley. Main street with restaurants only a few minutes walk. The owners are very friendly. The hotel is simple but comfortable and very clean (and the price is very reasonable). A good drying room in the basement. The onsen on the top floor was welcome at the end of a hard day's skiing. We will go back there.”
