“The staff of the Hakuba Tokyu Hotel were excellent. The restaurants were also first class. A close walk to the Happo gondola, this hotel is in easy access to the ski fields or if in the summer, easy access to the start of the hiking trails. It has a very good onsen and also free laundry. Really relaxing.”
“Attentive staff. Good location. Very good breakfast. Good onsen facilities.”
“Our room was amazing! We had a panoramic view of the mountains from our sitting area. Breakfast was great and the hotel was a short walk from the chairlift. The hotel onsen was one of the best I have been to.”
“We stayed there last year, same room and most of the staff were still there. Skiing facilities shuttle service very good”
“Great overall experience. Very good breakfast. Shuttle buses at the front door. Very convenient ski hire within hotel.”
“Location, facilities, room size, three-way bathroom with reliable hot water, in-house onsen, transport availability, overall value.”
“The rooms were very large. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a mix of Western and Japanese items. The hotel had a great onsen area with indoor and outdoor hot springs. The staff though extremely limited in English skills was very helpful. There was a ski / snowboard locker included with each room to keep your gear safe when not on the slopes.”
“Japanese restauraut is perfect, service and staff are impressive!!! Tenpura's quality is high, Shabushabu is well designed and delicious. Temperature in room is quite comfortable and can be adjusted, this is important for a resort when you wear snow wear back. Rental of ski is very reasonable and high quality.”
“New outdoor onsen, convenient location, all ski-related services very well executed and convenient, bar very relaxing with a friendly and competent barman”
“The whole stay was luxury and super comfortable. Loved the inside/outside onsen with such generous products to top it off. Restaurants and bar were excellent so had no need to venture out if we didn't want to. The shuttle service was easy and we used it constantly.”
